1. Cash withdrawals are normally limited to $400.00 per business day, per account. Purchases with the CityCARD are normally limited to $1000.00 per day per account, as long as your available balance is sufficient to cover the aggregate of all purchases. This is a security feature to protect both you and City National Bank & Trust in the event that someone attempts to use your ATM Card or CityCARD without your approval. New accounts (less than 90 days old) will have a $400.00 daily withdrawal limit until changed upon customer request.
2. As with any banking transaction, City National Bank & Trust will limit the amount of withdrawals to currently available balances and all deposits are accepted on a provisional basis, subject to collection through normal banking procedures.
3. You cannot place a stop payment on any transaction made with your CityCARD.
4. There are no limitations on transactions between your own accounts.
5. We reserve the right to refuse cash withdrawals.
6. You may only use the CityCARD to charge purchases against the account designated with your request for the card.

To obtain a City National Bank & Trust CityCARD for a new account, you must check the box requesting a CityCARD on the New Account Application. To obtain a CityCARD for an existing checking account, you must fill out our CityCARD Application. Upon approval of your application, the City National Bank & Trust CityCARD will be mailed to you and your confidential PIN will be sent in a separate mailing. The PIN is for your ATM transactions only and you must know your PIN to use your card.
