VISA Fuel Dispense Hold Limit Change

Effective Saturday, June 18th

VISA will be increasing the dollar Hold Limit at the gasoline pumps from $75 to $125 per transaction.  This change was implemented in an effort to reduce the number of self-service fuel pump “shut offs” that directly affect cardholders.

Use your City National Bank CityCARD at any of our City National Bank or Fort Sill National Bank ATMs free of charge.
The City National Bank & Trust CityCARD provides access to your funds at any point of sale terminal that displays the VISA symbol and any Cirrus ATM Network. We will charge against your account all purchases made with your card. For ATM Locations Click Here Send an Email


Information on your ATM Card or CityCARD:
  • Cash withdrawals are normally limited to $400 per business day, per account. Purchases with the CityCARD are normally limited to $1,000 per day per account, as long as your available balance is sufficient to cover the aggregate of all purchases. This is a security feature to protect both you and City National Bank & Trust in the event that someone attempts to use your ATM Card or CityCARD without your approval.  Upon customer request, withdrawal and purchase limits may be raised to $1,000 on existing accounts over 90 days old.
  • As with any banking transaction, City National Bank & Trust will limit the amount of withdrawals to currently available balances and all deposits are accepted on a provisional basis, subject to collection through normal banking procedures.
  • You cannot place a stop payment on any transaction made with your CityCARD.
  • There are no limitations on transactions between your own accounts.
  • We reserve the right to refuse cash withdrawals.
  • You may only use the CityCARD to charge purchases against the account designated with your request for the card.
  • Your CityCARD may not be used for any illegal transactions.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your card.
  • Transactions denied because of insufficient funds will result in a charge of $1.00
    per denial.

Business CityCARD

The City National Bank Visa Business Check/ATM, or Business CityCARD, provides a faster, more convenient way to access your business checking account.
You, and your employees, can save time by using the business CityCARD for quick, no-hassle purchasing at any point of sale terminal that displays the VISA symbol or for cash at any Cirrus ATM Network.

All your Business CityCARD transactions will print on your checking account statement – to make tracking your business spending quick and easy.

To obtain a City National Bank Business CityCARD, you must complete our Business Check Card Application. Upon approval of your application, the Business CityCARD(s) will be mailed to the mailing address of your business. The PIN for your card will be sent in a separate mailing.

Information about the Business CityCARD:

  • Cash withdrawals are limited to $400.00 during any one day.
  • Purchases are limited to $1,000.00 during any one day.
  • There is no charge for initial Business CityCARD issuance. A $7.50 replacement fee may apply if a re-issue is necessary.
  • A business CityCARD can only access the checking account on the application. No other business account - savings or checking – can be accessed with the card.
  • Transactions processed with your Business CityCARD will count as a Debit transaction and may add to your account service charges if your checking account plan charges you for debits to your account.
  • Using ATM’s not owned by CNB or FSNB will result in $1.25 charge for each transaction, balance inquiry or incomplete transaction.
  • If you use an ATM that is not operated by CNB or FSNB, you may be charged a fee by the operator of the machine and/or by an automated transfer network.
  • Your ATM PIN is confidential.
  • You cannot place a stop payment on any transaction made with your Business CityCARD.
  • Notify us immediately if your card is lost or stolen.
  • Your current available balance must be sufficient to cover your CityCARD purchase, otherwise the transaction will be denied.
  • CityCARD purchases may memo post immediately to your account. They will clear your account on a later date once the merchant has processed them (usually within one to two business days).
  • Transactions denied because of insufficient funds will result in a charge of $1.00
    per denial.
