Overdraft Limit FAQs
Back to Overdraft Limit
1. Question: When will I get my ODL?
Answer: Credit reports are replied within 30 days of application date. Direct deposits are held for 6 weeks pending receipt of the direct deposit from an employer. All applications received will be notified by mail.
2. Question: Direct deposits have been coming into the account and no ODL has been applied, when will it be available?
Answer: Either we haven’t received the application requesting ODL or the amount of direct deposit is insufficient for the amount of ODL requested and we are holding the application until the next direct deposit.
3. Question: The branch told me the ODL is automatic when the direct deposit comes in.
Answer: Nothing is automatic, the request has to be applied for and it is the decision of the Overdraft Limit Dept. whether or not the direct deposit qualifies.
4. Question: I have applied for ODL a multiple times, why do I still not have it?
Answer: The customer needs to contact their branch to inquire about this, we reply to all applications received.
5. Question: I had to close an account and the ODL is suppose to be transferred, why hasn’t this been done?
Answer: An application must be filled out and sent to the ODL dept. Customer must contact the branch.
As long as all documents are in place and an application is received in this department, we respond by mail on every application. |
