Job Title: Workforce Management Analyst

Description: Full-time position managing inbound daily call volume and agent schedules for the Call Center Department. Monitors Real Time Adherence statistics and completes forecasting/planning, helping to ensure agents are on the phones during scheduled phone hours, includes monitoring breaks/lunches; monitors unscheduled PTO calls/tardiness, etc., enters real-time exception into the workforce management tool (Absence, Leave Early, Meetings, Overtime, Etc.) Prepares reports of key performance metrics from workforce management data, including service level, adherence to schedules; identifies business trends and opportunities through analysis of the historical data and knowledge of company processes. Provides analysis of forecasts and trends to recommend changes in scheduling, reduce variances from schedules and increase effective use of staff resources in meeting productivity goals and objectives. Provides support in managing day-to-day operations by monitoring adherence to schedules, service levels and pone volumes. Creates appropriate real-time modifications to activities and schedules to meet standards. Previous experience in a call center environment. Requirements are: highly analytical and strong Microsoft Excel experience, ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work alone and with others in a team environment. Must have a strong work ethic with the ability and desire to meet goals.


Job Title: Bank Trainer-Tulsa, OK

Description: Full time position in our training department to assist in designing, developing and conducting training programs for employees within our organization. An employee trainer’s goals are to develop skills, increase productivity, enhance the quality of work and build company loyalty. Bank trainer schedules and plans training events and/or classes accordingly, conduct team exercises, simulations, group discussions, videos and lectures. Applicants must have good organizational, speaking, instructional and coaching skills. Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and computer skills are required. Must be able to travel on some evenings or weekends as needed to coordinate with training classes and have a valid driver’s license.


Job Title: Loan Processor-Tulsa, OK

Description: Position for detail oriented individual in loan department. Process loans, assist loan staff, and prepare and close loans. Good customer service skills, intermediate to advanced computer skills, ability to multi-task, and close attention to detail. Previous loan experience required.

Description: Full time position to develop and monitor a loan portfolio in new lending market. Responsible for making commercial and consumer loans within established lending limits which provide maximum profitability. Description: Full-time positions in our in-bound call center. Must have computer and customer service skills. Our call center is open M-F from 8AM – 7PM, Saturday 9AM-4PM. We are hiring for our 10AM – 7PM shift. Previous banking and/or call center experience preferred.

Description: Full time position to aid the Network Administrator in the configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting of network performance on a daily basis. Must be able to effectively collaborate with management to asses future needs. A minimum of 5 years experience as a network technician and a comprehensive knowledge in a variety of network infrastructure components, including Virtualization, Linux, routers, switches, firewalls, Microsoft Servers, system monitoring tools and SAN and NAS configuration, is required.


Job Title: Compliance Auditor

Description: JRMB II, Inc. is a local bank holding company with an internal audit department with a position open for a compliance auditor. We need a self-starter, who is looking for a challenge, is a great communicator, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Our staff works closely with employees, management, and the board of directors of the client banks to review and assess the level of compliance with current federal, state, and banking agency regulations and laws. The compliance auditor is responsible for testing and verifying that the banks satisfactorily comply with regulations in all areas including deposit services, lending, and internal policies. The compliance auditor is responsible for presenting a report of findings to management and the board. The candidate must be able to document their work and communicate effectively and clearly in various situations when interacting with individuals or with groups. Candidates without prior experience or education in auditing must be willing and have the ability to learn how to perform internal audits.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree. Candidates with majors in English, Accounting, Finance, or Business related field will be considered. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Candidates must be proficient with MS Office applications, have strong writing and research skills, and be able to read, understand, and interpret regulations. Individuals must be able to comply with all confidentiality policies and requirements. Occasional travel out-of-state is required.


Job Title: Staff Auditor

Our staff works closely with employees, management and the board of directors of the client banks to analyze operations, lending, compliance, and information technology and then report findings and recommendations to management and the board. Auditors must document their work, attend training as assigned, and comply with all confidentiality policies and regulations.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field with an accounting emphasis; or a business related degree with experience in auditing or banking background. Candidates must be proficient using MS Office applications. Experience in regulatory compliance, lending or IS a strong plus. Occasional travel required for branch audits.
