How E-Statements work.
When you sign up for eStatements, you will begin receiving your account statement online, instead of by mail. Each month, you will receive an email notification that lets you know your statement is available to view online. Best of all, eStatements are FREE!

1. Login to your CityNet online banking.
2. Select the "statements" link which can be found on the top of the accounts page.
3. Next, on the left side of the screen select the "e-statement" option.
4. Choose from the drop down menu the account for which you would like to elect for e-statements.
5. Click "access statements".
6. From here, a new browser will open. You will be asked to verify the computer’s settings by inputting a presented string of characters.
7. Once verification has been made, acceptance of the terms and conditions will be necessary by clicking on the “I agree”.
8. At this point, you will have access to the past 18 months of account statements.
