After you have filled the enrollment form out please drop it off in person at any of our branches, mail it to the address listed below or fax it to the fax number provided below. Upon receipt of your signed application, we will enroll you into CityNET Banking with access to those accounts on which you are a signer and wish to access online.
Please Note:
You can only be given access to accounts on which you are a signer.

Your spouse has an account on which you are NOT a signer. You may not access this accout on-line. If your spouse wishes to access this account on-line, he/she must enroll in CityNET Banking separately and list this account when enrolling. |
